„Balkan Cuisine” culinary demonstration
For the first time, the demonstration „Balkan Cuisine” was part of the Festival “Between Three Mountains” and it was organized with the support of the SOFIA Regional Centre of UNESCO.
Its main objectives were to promote the diversity of Balkan traditions and to introduce to all the participants and guest of the event, the traditional cuisine of the Balkan countries. They had the opportunity to taste and enjoy it.
The culinary demonstration took place in the city of Bansko on 25-26 May with the participation of Bulgaria, Greece, The former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia, Serbia and Türkiye.
